function useSetHtml(target, html): void;

Sets innerHTML on the target element.

XSS risk: this is an HTML injection sink. Never pass unsanitized user input. Prefer useSetText for plain text, or sanitize with a trusted library (e.g. DOMPurify) before calling this function.
